By using InCampo, you agree to these Terms of Service. InCampo is a garden intelligence application provided by InCampo Group, LLC.

2. Description of Service

InCampo provides garden monitoring, sensor data visualization, and AI-powered plant health analysis using connected devices including Ecowitt sensors and Ring cameras.

3. Ring Integration

InCampo integrates with Ring cameras through the Ring Partner API. By connecting your Ring account, you authorize InCampo to access camera snapshots for the purpose of garden monitoring and analysis. You may revoke this access at any time through your Ring account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of InCampo complies with applicable laws and Ring's terms of service. Camera monitoring should only be used on property you own or have permission to monitor.

5. AI Analysis

Plant health assessments generated by InCampo are provided for informational purposes only. AI analysis may not always be accurate and should not be the sole basis for important gardening decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

InCampo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InCampo Group, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of InCampo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
